I have done lots more stitching in my time but pre digital camera days and all presents for other people.
Work in Progress - Dragon for my son, on the furthest back burner lol
American Indian for my friend, will be working on that again shortly.
Finished, John Clayton's Owl in Flight
Finished, John Clayton's Robin in Flight. Both of these waiting for me to lace onto card and frame!
This tiger I stitched for a much loved Uncle in 2002. He kept it where he could see it every day and when he passed away in 2008 it was returned to me.
This one I stitched several years ago and it hangs in my downstairs cloakroom. My daughter did fabric painted symbols on blue curtains and I stitched tie backs with symbols on as well. They mean love and peace if I remember rightly.
This is the wedding sampler made recently for my friends who are getting married at the end of the month. The sampler was very kindly given to me by Cath from SFPSFC. Hope it lives up to expectations Cath :-))

Hugs and Happy Stitching Shellie
Hi Shellie,
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting again :-))
Yes I know what you mean about stitching for charity. The squares are small and handy and done quickly whereas a large project is daunting at times. The Indian is ok to stitch, but I do need luck with the dragon lol. Lots of half, quarter and three quarter stitches!
